One of our key projects involved providing an intelligent shelf-to-person picking solution for the Chinese manufacturing facility of a renowned U.S. sportswear brand. By implementing 215 latent AMRs, along with multi-level shelf storage and intelligent order optimization strategies, we significantly improved shelf hit rates and inventory efficiency. The solution enhanced storage capacity by 40%, reduced manual labor by 50%, and boosted material handling efficiency by 60%, ultimately achieving fully automated warehouse operations.
